The experience was not good !
Even though he was the manager ,he told me to wait till 11.30am..(store timing is 10.30 n store was open)
He was not interested in buying a phone but for selling the phone he will keep you waiting for a long long time.
And for Exa.If u sell phone on website u will get 3k rupees and if u sell in this store,u hv to sell at 2k.again
For 2k he was asking for the original charger n box..
So the next day I sold my phone on the cashify app for 3k without a box n charger.
So basically u can consider this as mobile shopee only.
Not a cashify store.
They are fraud, initially price shown for my phone was 7000 but after agent visit they reduced it to 4800. They expect brand new phone after 2 years of use.
I had the worst experience in the shop. I had gone to sell my old iPhone XR and the staff was very unhelpful. I was told to wait for 30 mins and later when they talked to me they gave me a very bad price for the phone and were very rude when I asked questions. Would never go back.

They sell theft mobile .. I’m the witness of once customer who got a call from police .. unfortunately he brought the phone from Cashify. Saved myself buying phone .. instead of buy new phone will help u and will keep u away from undue things .. choice is urs
